When We’ll Make It Right
If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you at no extra cost. Just contact us with photos of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it.

Made-to-Order, Made for You
Every Ascndr item is made-to-order. This helps us reduce waste and create more sustainably — but it also means we can’t accept returns for size, preference, or change of mind. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before ordering.
